Assembling TOOLKITS

Join us in creating Recovery Toolkits filled with journals, affirmations, snacks, and comfort items for girls in hospitals, shelters, or schools.

Whether you're helping pack kits locally or dropping them off at a partnering center, this hands-on opportunity is perfect for individuals, families, or small groups who want to make a direct impact. We’ll provide everything you need — from materials to instructions.

AFFIRMATION LETTERS

Sometimes, a few words can change everything. We invite volunteers to write uplifting affirmation cards or letters to be included in our Recovery Toolkits. These personal messages remind girls in recovery that healing is possible and they are deeply valued.

Get creative — draw, write, or decorate your cards with love. Whether it’s a quote, a simple “you’ve got this,” or a kind thought, your words can spark hope.

FOOD DRIVE

Because recovery is fueled by care — and snacks.

Our food drives gather comforting, recovery-safe snacks for girls in eating disorder treatment and post-recovery programs. Every granola bar, tea bag, or handwritten note sends a powerful message: you are not alone.

You can make an impact by donating individually or hosting a drive through your school, club, or neighborhood. Whether it’s one snack or one hundred, each contribution helps us deliver hope in every bite.
