How It Works: You can donate individually or organize a group food drive through your school, club, or community!

What We Collect:

  • Recovery-safe snacks (e.g. Goldfish, applesauce, granola bars)

  • Fun, comforting items (fruit snacks, tea bags, chocolate)

  • Hydration support (Gatorade Zero, electrolyte drinks)

  • Gift cards (Target, Kroger, Whole Foods)

  • Optional: Handwritten notes or stickers to include with deliveries

Host a Drive

Want to make a difference in your community? Organize a food drive to support teens in recovery—especially those in treatment centers or facing food insecurity. Whether you're part of a school club, sports team, or just want to help with friends, your efforts can bring real comfort to someone who needs it.

We encourage collecting nutritious, comforting snacks—especially those that patients have said bring them joy. Think individually packaged granola bars, dried fruits, protein snacks, nut-free treats, or shelf-stable comfort foods.

Your donations will be delivered directly to eating disorder clinics, shelters, and youth programs that support healing and recovery.

How to host

Choose a Location & Date

  • Consider reaching out to your school, local library, community center, church, or sports team to see if you can set up a donation bin. This way, more people can help those in need.

  • Set the food drive to run for 1–2 weeks.

Get a Donation Box

  • Use a large cardboard box or bin.

  • Decorate it with posters, stickers, or signs that explain the cause:

  • “Supporting Girls in Recovery – Donate Snacks Here!”

Drop Off or Mail Donations

  • 📍 Local? We'll coordinate a drop-off with you!

📦 Out of state?

  • Package the snacks and ship to one of our verified partner locations (we’ll send you the address once your drive ends)
